1. Use of the App
SaveWise.ai is a personal finance tracking tool designed to help you log income and expenses, view reports, and receive AI-generated insights based on the data you enter. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
- You must be legally permitted to use financial tracking apps in your jurisdiction.
- You agree to use the App responsibly and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with its operation.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the App.
2. No financial advice
The Financial Health Score, Smart Insights, AI-powered suggestions (such as recommendations to invest in a SIP or recurring deposit), and any other guidance shown in the App are provided for general, informational purposes only. They are generated automatically from the data you enter and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decisions. SaveWise.ai and its developers are not responsible for any financial outcomes resulting from your use of the App's insights or suggestions.
3. Your data and local storage
SaveWise.ai stores all data — including transactions, categories, notes, and your display name — locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data using the Backup/Restore feature. We are not able to recover data lost due to device damage, loss, factory reset, or app uninstallation, because we do not retain copies of your data.
4. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, logo, icons, text, and underlying code, is the property of SaveWise.ai and its developers. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written permission.
5. App availability and changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time, including to fix bugs, improve performance, or add new capabilities. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes within the App.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. While we strive for accuracy in calculations and insights, we do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveWise.ai and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or financial loss, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
8. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that location.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
